Saturday, September 9th from 1-3pm
Interested in trying Ashtanga but don’t know where to begin? In this two-hour beginner's workshop, students will learn the basic technique for breath and movement (referred to as vinyasa)meditative gazing (dristhi), and internal energy locks (bandha). Students will be guided through the initial sequence of poses, learn the philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system, and have an introduction to the Mysore style of learning. Class is offered in-person at Ashtanga Yoga Columbus.
