Join Sarah Nelson to learn how to connect to your weak booty! This workshop is great for people who struggle with “yoga butt”, pain in their QL or low back when doing backbends, or folks that wanna learn how to use their booty to their advantage in their practice. We will discuss work ups to use pre-practice, extra exercises and how to implement these lessons in your existing yoga practice.
This is a perfect workshop for anyone that wants to make a connection between the upper and lower half of their body. Suitable for any level of practitioner but prepared to work hard and have fun. Workshop offered in person at AYC and online.
