Join Hannah for an in-depth workshop dedicated to exploring and strengthening your backbends and drop backs. Learn how to utilize the ashtanga yoga sequence and additional strategies to best prepare and build up to a strong urdvah danurasana and dropping back.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioners and is intended to teach students the proper techniques and strategies to approach backbending safely and confidently. Offered in person at AYC or online.
