Join This 4D Sound Bath experience.
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. Our sound bath uses various instruments to guide participants into a deeply, immersive, full-sensory, and meditative state. Tapping into sensory perception using sound, sight, smell, and touch to create a gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative process to nurture the body and mind.
Come join us as we use the sound of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean/wave drum, and gong to journey into another dimension.
Participants are encouraged to bring items to make themselves comfortable: yoga mats, pillows, blankets or eye masks.
Does open at 6pm, sound bath starts at 6:30pm
